Identification of Gene Family in Pecan (<i>Carya illinoinensis</i>) and Its Expression in Graft Healing

Aux/IAA (Auxin/Indole- 3- Acetic Acid) family, one of the early response gene family auxin signals, is involved in regulating numerous aspects plant growth and development. As an important economic plant, identification  family genes pecan great significance. In this study, a total 37 were identified genome using bioinformatics method, subcellular localization revealed that all its members are located nucleus. Based on phylogenic relationship with Arabidopsis   Aux/IAAs  gene,  gene categorized into two major groups (A B). Multiple sequence alignment analysis showed there four typical conserved domains (I-IV) proteins pecan. The cis-acting elements had to hormones promoter regions. According expression patterns  genes during graft healing, high identified, which may play roles formation union This study will be helpful elucidate function process healing find candidate genes.
